The National Association of Home Builders’ Certified Green Professional™ designation recognizes professionals who incorporate green building principles into their projects – without driving up the cost of construction. As a Certified Green Professional (CGP), Ladd Design’s mission is to help our clients create healthy homes along with beautiful homes by using quality design principles and REGREEN remodeling practices. REGREEN is set of guidelines for sustainable home remodeling projects which were jointly developed by The American Society of Interior Designers and US Green Building Council.

Ladd Design offers our clients many eco-friendly options for decorative features and finishes, including; low VOC paints, sustainable woods, recycled countertops, organic fabrics, etc. Additionally, they are qualified to recommend the most energy efficient building materials, lighting and appliances.
